We want to see disciples fluent in the ways of the Lord, not just people who make an intellectual assent to doctrine yet see no fruit of that in their lives.
We need fluent leaders and disciples; those able to comprehend, teach, and reproduce these core values of the Kingdom without having to think about it because they have become second nature.
Discipleship is very much like learning a new language. It isn't just about learning formal facts in a classroom setting or being able to spout out the right answer in a sterile environment. It is about understanding and being fluent in the way of Jesus, and these are the values that we rally around in order to help us in the pursuit of fully living out the abundant life that God calls us to experience.
